From Shibuya Station, take Tokyu Toyoko Line for Yokohama chukagai to Jiyugaoka.10 minutes by either limited express, express or local.
From Narita Airport, there is a limousine bus to Cerulean Tower Tokyu Hotel at Shibuya.
