Registration: User Registration / Artist Registration

1. User Registration
   Once you register, next shopping will be easier, and you can use message board and collect point.
   Registration is for free. Go to registration page (http://www.art-meter.com/entry/) and register now!
2. Artist Registration
   Once you register as an artist, you can promote and sell your work at ART-Meter site.
   At our real shop in Jiyugaoka in Tokyo, we exhibit and sell your work. Registration is for free.
   After User Registration, from My page, start your Artist Registration!

Cancel and refund

We will not accept cancellation. For miss-shipped or defective item, we will refund.
Please contact us at info@art-meter.com within 7 days you’ve got the item.

Artist’s Payment / Money Remittance

Artist Registration is free. After User Registration, from My page, start your Artist Registration! You can register your work at My page.

When your registered work is sold, we will pay you 65% of the sales price.
As your Artist’s Payment goes over 5,000 yen, from My page, please apply for the Artist’s Payment.
Every month, the due date of the application is on 20th. On 20th of next month the payment will be remitted to your account in Japan (If 20th is on holiday, remittance will be around the date).
Remittance of Artist’s Payment is entrusted to e-bank.
We’re sorry but we do not support overseas remittance.

E-mail from ART-Meter does not reach me.

Possible 3 answers are as follow:

1. Your e-mail address registered at User Registration would be wrong.
   Please check the address at My page.
2. Due to your mail soft or virus check soft, our mails are recognized as junk mails.
3. Due to your provider, our mails are recognized as junk mails.
   

   Please change your setting, for example register the e-mail addresses below for friends’list not to be recognized as junks.
