• In case, on a voluntary basis, customer enter personal information for shopping.
• In case customer assume and agree.

Personal Information that ART-Meter collect is managed correctly and adequately.
Without customer's approval, ART-Meter won't use the data other than objectives listed below.

Objective of Usage

• Shipping upon purchase.
• Providing information related to ART-Meter, such as e-mail newsletter, and others.

Without customer's approval, ART-Meter will not disclose private information that is able to identify individuals to any third-party. Only in case with customer' s approval to provide information to whom and what for, ART-Meter is able to do so, with following exceptions.

1. Associated or consigned company to operate service. (In this case, KAYAC Inc. will sign up for nondisclosure agreement with those bodies)
2. Legal disclosure request made by court, police, and other governmental or judicial organ.
3. Data will be transferred to the body which devolve operations in the case of sales of business such as merger, acquisition, and selling out.

Control of Password

Password is to be handled by customer under Terms of Use.
In case you forget your password, use password reminder to find it.
ART-Meter cannot be held responsible for losing, stealing, and unauthorized use of login-ID or password.

About SSL

ART-Meter apply "128 bit SSL" as cryptographic technology to keep customer information safe. If your browser don't support this technology, you cannot have secure mode connection. You are able to use service without choosing secure mode.
